Terms and Conditions:

1. This competition applies to all John Craig stores within the Republic of South Africa, and only residents of South Africa are eligible to win.
2. The competition will run from 1 September to 6 January 2025.
3. Only lay-bys completed in November or December 2024 will be eligible for the random draw.
4. Winners will be announced weekly.
5. To qualify, participants must complete their lay-by payments by 30 November or 31 December 2024.
6. The individual initiating and paying off the lay-by is considered the entrant to the competition and will be the prize winner if selected.
7. Winners will be contacted directly.
8. Prizes must be collected from a pre-agreed John Craig store.
9. Only individuals over the age of 18 are eligible to enter the competition.
10. Unlimited entries are allowed.
11. The decision of the selected winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
12. Prize winners must present a valid ID, driver's license, or passport when collecting their prize.
13. By entering this competition, all participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
14. Employees of John Craig or its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter the competition.
15. John Craig reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in case of technical or other difficulties that may compromise its integrity.
16. John Craig is not responsible for any difficulties that may arise in an attempt to participate in this competition.
17. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these terms and conditions, and participants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
18. The competition is only open to South African citizens.
19. If you complete your layby by 30 November you are eligible to be entered into the draw that will be announced on the 5^th of December.
20. If you complete your layby by 31 December you are eligible to be entered the draw that will be announced on the 6th January.
