1. Promoter and Promotion                                                                                                                   

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Rules”) govern The Entrepreneur Edit, a national entrepreneurship initiative promoted by John Craig, a brand within the Studio 88 Group of companies (“Promoter”).

1.2 The Competition is intended to identify, support and celebrate emerging South African entrepreneurs and to provide selected finalists with mentorship, exposure, business development support and practical business resources.

1.3 The Competition is a promotional competition for purposes of section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”).
