Terms & Conditions
- The Competition is organised and promoted by The John Craig Group of Companies (“the Promoter”), in partnership with Carducci.
- All decisions relating to the Competition, including but not limited to eligibility, prize allocation, and winner selection, rest solely with the Promoter.
- The Competition will commence on 26 December 2025 and will close at 00:00 on 01 February 2026.
- The Competition is open to all natural persons who:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Are permanent residents or citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
- Employees, directors, agents, or consultants of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or immediate family members of the aforementioned parties are not eligible to participate.
- Entries without the required hashtags, or entries deemed offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate will be disqualified at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
- The prizes consist of 3 × Carducci Tailored Suits – 1 × per winner.
- The prize is non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash or alternative goods/services, and may only be redeemed by the confirmed winners.
- Winners will be selected by means of a random draw conducted by the Promoter after the closing date.
- Winners will be notified via direct message (DM) on social media platforms. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- The names of confirmed winners will be published on John Craig’s official social media platforms.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical, network, or platform-related issues.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not prejudice participants who have already entered.
- By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry content for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Personal information provided will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and will not be shared with third parties unrelated to the Competition.
- This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with FACEBOOK. You agree that you are submitting your entry to the owner of the FACEBOOK business page and not to FACEBOOK themselves.
- The Promoter, its affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
