Terms & Conditions

1. 1. The competition is open to South African residents only.
2. 2. Participants must be 18 years or older.
3. 3. Employees, agents and immediate family members of John Craig, Studio 88 Group and their associated agencies or partners are not eligible to enter.
4. 4. To enter, participants must post a photo or video of their Durban July look on Instagram or TikTok and tag @johncraig_sa before the competition closing date.
5. 5. Entries must be submitted between 29 June 2026 and 02 July 2026.
6. 6. Multiple entries are permitted. The more eligible entries submitted, the greater the chance of winning.
7. 7. The winner will be selected based on creativity, style and overall presentation.
8. 8. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. 9. One (1) winner will receive double tickets to the Ambrosia Luxury Marquee at the Durban July.
10. 10. The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
11. 11. Any travel, accommodation, parking, meals or additional expenses not expressly included in the prize are for the winner's own account.
12. 12. By entering the competition, participants grant John Craig permission to use their name, image, likeness and submitted content for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
13. 13. Participants confirm that all submitted content is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
14. 14. The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used to enter.
15. 15. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, John Craig reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
16. 16. John Craig reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, request proof of identity and eligibility, and disqualify any fraudulent, incomplete or inappropriate submissions.
17. 17. John Craig is not responsible for technical issues affecting entry submission, lost or delayed entries, or any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.
18. 18. John Craig reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
