Our classic lay-by service allows you to reserve your chosen items with a simple deposit and pay them off over three months. This service is available in-store and excludes promotional or sale items.
1. Visit Your Nearest Store
Provide your ID/driver’s license and contact details to get started. Clearly indicate the item(s) you wish to lay-by and ensure the correct sizes are stipulated.
2. Pay a 10% Deposit
A minimum of 10% deposit is required. The outstanding amount is to be paid in full over the next two months. Keep your receipts safe for the collection date.
3. Collect Your Items!
Once full payment has been made within the 3-month period, you can collect your items with proof of payment. Please provide your receipts and ID for verification.
LAY-BY PAYMENTS
You will need your original lay-bye till slip to make a payment. When you make your last payment, you must have the original copy of your till slip or your ID/driver’s license. If you can’t collect your lay-by, the person collecting on your behalf must provide a letter or copy of your ID as confirmation.
LAY-BY REFUNDS
You will need to provide the original lay-by till slip or proof of your identity. If you no longer have your till slip, bring a copy of your ID/driver’s license. Only the person who initiated the lay-by can cancel it. You will receive a full refund of all money paid on a cancelled lay-by.
RETURN POLICY
John Craig will accept returns within sixty (60) days of purchase. The goods must be in their original, unused condition with all swing tags attached, along with the till slip as proof of purchase.
